1. RoughCAD Web

RoughCAD Web is digital software provided by Booth Engineering And Design. Because a public demo and trial access may be available, users are expected to verify software compatibility, workflow fit, and feature sets before purchasing a paid subscription.

• No standard refunds: Subscription payments and digital software purchases are generally final once access has been granted for the billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel future subscription renewals according to the subscription management options provided at checkout or through support.
• Technical exceptions: If a verified technical bug prevents RoughCAD Web from functioning as intended for your account, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Pro Partner and Custom Services

• Deposits: Initial deposits for Pro Partner custom development are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Bespoke assets: Fees for custom-coded features, custom tools, or asset integration are non-refundable once the assets or work product have been delivered to the client.

3. How to Request Support

If you believe a technical issue may qualify for an exception, contact support@roughcad.net with your account email, a description of the issue, screenshots if available, and steps to reproduce the problem.
