1. RoughCAD Web
RoughCAD Web is digital software provided by Booth Engineering And Design. Because a public demo and trial access may be available, users are expected to verify software compatibility, workflow fit, and feature sets before purchasing a paid subscription.
- No standard refunds: Subscription payments and digital software purchases are generally final once access has been granted for the billing period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel future subscription renewals according to the subscription management options provided at checkout or through support.
- Technical exceptions: If a verified technical bug prevents RoughCAD Web from functioning as intended for your account, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. Pro Partner and Custom Services
- Deposits: Initial deposits for Pro Partner custom development are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Bespoke assets: Fees for custom-coded features, custom tools, or asset integration are non-refundable once the assets or work product have been delivered to the client.
3. How to Request Support
If you believe a technical issue may qualify for an exception, contact roughcadsoftware@gmail.com with your account email, a description of the issue, screenshots if available, and steps to reproduce the problem.
